Included on this page you will find all of the details you will need to prepare for the Conference, however should you have any questions at all please don’t hesitate to contact our office at 407.203.1334. Please review in detail and return the Acknowledgement Form no later than July 30, 2024. The insurance certificates that are outlined in the agreement are due to our office no later than July 29th.
Our Expo Committee is looking forward to greeting you on Tuesday, August 20th in the Oceans Ballroom for setup.
Exhibitor Move-In: Tuesday August 20, 2024, 9:00am-3:00pm
Exhibitor Move-Out: Thursday, August 22, 2024, 1:30pm-4:00pm
(Please note: Exhibitors may not pack, tear down, or remove any portion of the exhibit prior to the official closing, which is at 1:30pm on Thursday, August 22, 2024. Refer to the Exhibitor Manual for more information
Booth Specs: Each 10’ wide x 8’deep booth area will be provided with an 8’ high background drape, 3’ high side drape, one 6’ skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket and a booth Identification sign. The exhibit hall has wall-to-wall carpeting, and floor covering is not required at this show.
