The 30th Annual Florida Festivals and Events Association Convention and Expo will take place August 19-21, 2025 at the Renaissance SeaWorld Resort in Orlando, FL. It will provide unmatched educational and networking opportunities to our audience of event planners, producers, suppliers and sponsors. Convention attendees represent a broad range of organizations including non-profits, Chambers of Commerce, Associations, Municipalities and event production companies. The group of 350 convention delegates plan a combined 3,500 events per year with millions of patrons.

Included in the registration fee are:

• Exhibit space with one six foot draped banquet table and one chair, along with standard 8'x10' pipe and drape.

• Pick your own space! Spaces will be assigned based on receipt of payment and vendor preference.

The schedule below is designed to allow exhibitors time to interact with attendees in various aspects throughout the Convention. The exhibit halls hours are spread throughout the entire Convention in order to allow ongoing interaction between exhibitors and attendees. We strongly encourage all exhibitors to attend educational and networking events when possible, as they do not conflict with Exhibit Hall Hours. Items in RED below are MANDATORY times when your booth must be staffed. All other items on the schedule are recommended functions for exhibitors.
