Entertainment Showcase

Calling all Entertainers! FFEA is currently accepting applications for acts to perform for our 300+ event professionals during the Annual Convention & Tradeshow. This is your opportunity to showcase your talent in person to entertainment buyers throughout the state.

What are Entertainment Showcases?

Entertainment Showcases are opportunities for Performers to “showcase” their talents to over 300 attendees representing events, festivals and fairs as well as industry suppliers and sponsors. The acts that are selected to perform will have dedicated time slots to grab the attention of the participants – a great way to increase the chances of being booked!

The Entertainment Showcases Committee is seeking a wide variety of unique performances – music, dance, visual and novelty acts.

When are the Entertainment Showcases?

The Entertainment Showcases will be held during the FFEA Annual Convention and Expo from August 19-21, 2025 at the Renaissance Sea World Resort in Orlando, FL. Performances are generally 10-20 minutes in length.

Who attends the FFEA Convention?

FFEA attendees represent over 3,500 festivals & events produced in the state of Florida and the average event spends $45,000 on Live Acts. Our members include Cities, Non-Profit Organizations, Chambers of Commerce, Independent Planners and Tourism Agencies who produce Art Festivals, Food & Wine Events, Sporting Events, Music Festivals, Fairs, Holiday Events, Parades and Community Festivals. VIDEO SHOWCASE

  • 2 Minute Video Played on screens in the pre-function area on a rotating basis throughout the event hours for all three days (no live performance)

LIVE ROVING PERFORMANCE

  • Roving Acts will showcase during one of the following events - Hospitality After Hours, Opening Reception, Trade Show Tour or Trade Show Luncheon.

LIVE PERFORMANCE ON SHOWCASE STAGE

  • 20-minute Live Performance on stage during one of the following events - Opening Session, Awards Luncheon or Closing Celebration.

+ EXHIBIT BOOTH - add an exhibit booth and registration for one representative

  • Full Convention Registration and networking access for one individual including all luncheons, receptions, hospitality suite and workshops
  • 10x8 Pipe and Drape Exhibit Booth on Tradeshow Floor for Entire Convention

*Agencies who are exhibiting and represent multiple acts who are selected to showcase will pay the intial investment listed above for the first act and an additional $50 for roving acts and $100 for stage acts for each act above the first one.

**Video showcase can be added to Live Performance Acts who are also exhibiting for an additional $100

***Exhibit booth includes registration for one individual. Each additional registration is $395.



Important Details

  • Applications must be submitted online by March 30, 2025.
  • The application fee is $10 per act submitted and nonrefundable. All application fees MUST be paid at the time of application or the act will be removed from consideration.
  • Application includes links for a YouTube video performance (required) and Social Media Links (optional).
  • Acceptance notifications and performance times, set-up details, etc. will be emailed in June.
  • If accepted, the artist or artist’s agency is responsible for the showcase / exhibit fees due by May 30.
  • Exhibit fees do not include electric access at the booth, however it may be purchased for an additional fee.
  • A waiting list will be maintained in the event there is a cancellation. If cancellations are received in writing before 5 pm on May 30, 2025 we will refund your registration fee, less a $75 processing fee due to actual hard costs incurred by FFEA. There will be NO refunds under ANY circumstance on or after May 30, 2025, as FFEA will commit to your attendance to the host venues and host destination at that time. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
