- Pre-Registration by March 10th required.
- Includes Festival Entry for the Day.
Event Details:
- FFEA & GMFEA Members will arrive between 9:10 and 9:30am and go thru SECURITY CHECK POINT (BEFORE IT OPENS TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC)
- 9:35 am –– Festival CEO, Bobby Rodriguez will review aspects of the event with the group, including: Festival History, Changes from the past few years, new things this year, vendors, sponsors, entertainment, marketing and advertising, ticketing and security.
- 9:50 am –– Opening Gate Scene/Ceremony
- 10:00 am – Walking tour begins (wear comfortable shoes)
- 11:00 am – tour concludes and attendees may enjoy the rest of the day at the Ren Fest. If you’ve never been, note that you will not be able to see everything in one day.
